Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA)

APRA is the prudential regulator of the Australian financial services industry. It oversees banks, credit unions, building societies, general insurance and reinsurance companies; life insurance, friendly societies, and superannuation.

Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC)

ASIC is Australia’s corporate, markets and financial services regulator. ASIC contribute to Australia’s economic reputation and wellbeing by ensuring that Australia’s financial markets are fair and transparent, supported by confident and informed investors and consumers.

Australian Taxation Office (ATO) 

The ATO is the government’s principal revenue collection agency and is part of the Treasurer’s portfolio. The role of the ATO is to manage and shape tax, excise and superannuation systems that fund services for Australians.

Financial Services Council (FSC)

The FSC represents Australia's retail and wholesale funds management businesses, superannuation funds, life insurers, financial advisory networks, trustee companies and public trustees.

The Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia Limited (ASFA)

ASFA is a national, not-for-profit, non party political organisation which represents the interests of Australia's superannuation funds, their trustees and members.
